MERPAC public teleconference on February 11

The Coast Guard sponsored Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will hold a public teleconference on Feb. 11 to discuss and prepare recommendations for the Coast Guard concerning the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) on the Implementation of the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978.
